  • 2017 Started an auto detailing shop from nothing in Foley. Still running, still mine, built on repeat customers and word of mouth.
  • 9 yrs Every customer handled personally. Scheduling, estimates, walk-ins, follow-up. Nine years of daily front-line customer service.
  • 10,000 Subscribers on the shop's YouTube channel. Every video shot, cut, and published by me.
  • 1 Website, designed and built in-house: diamondautocarellc.com. Copy, photos, code, all of it.
